WNS: Knorr Taste Quest runner up Trish & Jay's Pre-wedding pictures and video

From the bride
"We met through a mutual friend. The short version of the early months of our story has me deleting and blocking him on my BBM for incessant "pinging" LOL. In any case, months later we reconnected while he was on a business trip in England. We started spending more time together. There were some weird times but ultimately we worked through it all and got to know each other…. really know each other. A year later, he hid a ring in my ice-cream at Coldstone. I thought it was the cheesiest move ever! Still do. hahahahaha…. BUT I said YES. I love him beyond words. We are best friends and I cannot imagine what I ever did to be so blessed to be his."

The bride-to be was the runner up on Knorr Taste Quest cooking reality TV show (Patricia Allison).

WNS: Celebrating 10 years of Love & togetherness - Abidemi & Akintunde

How they met

Abidemi and Akintunde’s journey started back in College. They met on August 15, 1995 at the University of Ibadan in Nigeria .They were introduced by a mutual friend at the welcome event for newly admitted students fondly called jambites or jambitos. According to Abidemi, "as a jambite, I did not have any interest in relationships because it was stuck in my head that jambites were always viewed as preys by returning students”. However, she struck a mutual friendship with Akintunde that day and she described him as a caring, loving and selfless person who did not coerce her into a relationship. One thing led to the other and they eventually fell in love. They dated for 7 years and Akintunde proposed to her March 2002 in the U.K where they were both living. On December 12, 2003, they were joined in holy matrimonial in the U.S where they now reside.

Abidemi and Akintunde: Celebrating our 10th year wedding anniversary with our three wonderful sons is a testimony to the faithfulness and goodness of God in our lives and our Marriage. Our journey has been one of love that we are glad we embarked on. Most importantly, Christ has been the Solid rock of our Marriage and we know that we are truly blessed.

Weddings N Style wish the couple plenty more years ahead filled with Love...

WNS: Khadijah & Qudus Wedding Videos

How the couple met

Qudus
I met Khadijah in 2011 at a friend’s party. It was love at first sight. Before then, I hardly believed in the concept of "love at first sight". Well, mine was different as it was way more than love at first sight. I couldn't keep my eyes off her all night at the party. I can still remember her smile as she danced with a couple of friends at the party. Typically, I'm not a shy guy but I was completely mesmerized by her and found myself unable to find the nerve to make a move to dance or talk to her. I left the party early still thinking about her. The following day, I called one of my friends describing the lady that captured my heart at the party. To my greatest surprise, he told me she was his cousin. He gave me her contact info and I sent her a text message.

Khadijah
I was relaxing at home one day and I got a random text message that stated "You have a secret admirer". I am highly inquisitive so I responded. After exchanging several text messages, I realized my secret admirer knew way too much about me. I asked for his full name so that I could start my investigative process, haha. No one knew him! Later, I found out he gave me his middle name (clever!), so my efforts didn't yield any result. One thing led to the other and we had more conversation via calls and texts. We went on dates afterwards and today, I can say I have married my heart beat.
